Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Talent & Culture team to create engaging content, increase audience engagement, and drive social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Define most important social media KPIs.
2. Content Creation and Management:
• Create and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content.
• Manage and oversee social media content planning and scheduling.
3. Community Engagement:
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages.
• Build relationships with the online community, influencers, and partners.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Use analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and understand audience preferences.
5. Campaign Development:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create innovative social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
6. Trend Analysis:
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Great leadership skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and copywriting skills.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with content creation tools, social media management tools, and analytics tools.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
Work Environment and Other Information:
• This position may involve working outside regular office hours to manage social media campaigns or respond to community interactions.
• The role requires keeping up with a fast-paced, constantly changing digital landscape.
