The position involves diverse responsibilities: conducting marine biology research on local ecosystems and species behavior, offering educational dive programs to guests, leading safe diving expeditions, contributing to conservation strategies, updating educational materials, fostering community partnerships for marine conservation, guiding dive teams, and engaging in guests regarding marine conservation awareness and programs.
Requirement:
PADI OWSI or higher
Nitrox and EFR Instructor
Degree in Marine Biology or higher
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the luxury hotel industry, with island or remote destination experiences preferred.
