LEGAL COUNSEL
As the Legal Counsel responsible for overseeing our diverse portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. your dynamic responsibilities encompass reviewing and drafting contracts, internal policies, and legal material to guarantee adherence to all statutory requirements. Additionally, your expertise will be crucial in conducting thorough research and providing timely, accurate advice on legal matters. In preparation for court proceedings, you will play a key role in drafting essential legal documents. Acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities, you will navigate legal complexities to ensure seamless compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your multifaceted contributions will be integral to maintaining the legal health and success of our organization.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Holding a license to practice law in the Maldives will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the legal field.
- Proficient in drafting in English and Dhivehi languages.
- Good communication skills in both English and Dhivehi languages.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal system with demonstrated capacity for professional legal work.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding Of corporate law and procedures.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiations skills.
Salary: Mvr. 20,000 to Mvr 30,000/- based on qualifications and experience.
