IT Assistant
As a member of the Velassaru IT Team, he/she will be responsible for IT- related functions of the resort under the guidance of IT Manager.
Requirements / Qualification
• Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort
• Ability to communicate fully in both verbal and written English.
• Ability to work and extended hours when and if necessary.
• Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating system and standards.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Knowledge in Computer Hardware.
• Hands on experience in Opera, Micros, Infor and O365 products.
• Carrying out day-to- day IT related activities and maintaining user requests.
• Maintaining 3cx, IPTV, Door Lock systems, CCTV and music systems.
• Attending to network troubleshooting, GPON, VLAN’s and Wi-Fi related issues.
• Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.
