Minimum Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
1-2 years of experience in related field.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and design robust and scalable information system tailored to meet the organization’s requirements.
Engage in the development of software applications, ensuring high-quality code, functionality, and integration with existing system.
Design, implement, and manage database to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and security.
Contribute to the configuration and management of computer networks, ensuring seamless connectivity, performance optimization and security.
Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the organization’s information system from potential threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
Take a proactive approach to system maintenance, applying updates, patches, and fixes to ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely.
Provide technical support to end -users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and offering guidance on the effective use of information systems.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and ensure that information systems align with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures, facilitating knowledge transfer and future reference.
Stay abreast of the latest technological trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that the organization’s information system remains cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in managing ERP implementations and vendor relationships.
Proven experience in backend system management and database administration
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proficiency in database technology (SQL, MySQL)
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Problem solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Knowledge of data migration and integration best practices
Understanding of business process and the impact of ERP system on organizational workflows.
