We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of our HR department and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Requirements:
• Minimum Advanced Diploma in HRM
• Minimum Three (3) years proven work experience.
• Familiarity with Xpat system and Koshaaru.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws.
• Desire to grow within the company.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal both in English & Dhivehi.
