Marine Sports Centre - Guest Relations Officer
We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to our guests. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied. 'The candidate should have the following skills and attributes.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Attend guests and provide them with the right information about Dive Water sports.
- Address guest complaints and escalate to the Marine Sports Centre Manager when needed.
- Offer assistance ', with certain tasks such as booking arrangements, and taking messages.
- Administration/ billing of daily activities.
Requirements:
- Speaking a foreign language such as Arabic/ Chinese/ Russian would be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, courteous, and enthusiastic team player.
- Have a friendly outgoing personality and be goal-oriented.
- Possess strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, and work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
