Essential Work Activities:
• Involve hotel guests to improve the quality of the service.
• Attend to any requests for arrangements or services made by guest.
• Respond to special requests from visitors with needs, and then check in to make sure they're satisfied.
• To educate guest about the property and the nearby amenities, such as special events and local activities.
• Collect, compile, and share local knowledge. If necessary, contact the proper person or department to handle the guest's issue.
Profile:
• Pleasant personality and effective administrative abilities
• Good English communication in both writing and speaking.
• A bonus would be more language.
