We are looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator for Soneva Fushi
Requirements and Skills:
- Encouraging female candidates to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Administration department as a Guest Service Coordinator or a similar role.
- Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency with electronic resources such as Internet search,
- Outlook, Word, Open Table, and PMS/POS systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage guests' expectations and ensure their stay at the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
