Digital Marketing Executive - Traviqa Private Limited

We seek a detail-oriented and proficient Digital Marketing Executive to fill this exciting new role. They must have a keen interest and knowledge on the Maldives and its tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing content to ensure it aligns with our SEO strategy while showcasing the unique and alluring aspects of Maldives as a travel destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and post optimized content, including articles, blog posts, guides, and web pages, SEO Titles, meta descriptions, links and backlinks to ensure they meet our SEO guidelines and align with our target audience's needs.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords related travel and tourism, integrating them strategically into content for improved search engine visibility.
  • Create social media posts, on platforms including Meta, TikTok and Youtube as part of a social media strategy and digital marketing campaigns .
  • Collaborate with content writers to enhance their work by providing constructive feedback, suggestions, and guidance on optimizing content for SEO while maintaining quality and relevance.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and voice across all written materials, reflecting the brand's identity and resonating with our target audience.
  • Monitor links and improve SEO rankings, analyze the performance of published content using SEO tools and metrics.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, Google Search Console algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance the content strategy and maximize organic traffic continually.
  • Work closely with the content team, SEO specialists, and other stakeholders to execute an effective PPC
  • Marketing campaign with an SEO strategy to meet goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably, proven experience in content editing with a strong focus on SEO, preferably in the travel industry or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and content editing skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and readability.
  • Ideal candidates would also have an interest in social media and adept at content creation.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content rich link-building strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Passion for travel, particularly the Maldives, and a strong desire to showcase its beauty and attractions through  captivating content.
  • Previous experience editing travel-related content.
