Position: Assistant Technician
Quantity required: 04
Salary: 6,000 to 15,000 (including basic salary and other allowances)
Level or condition:
GCE O/L examination with at least "C" in 02 subjects and Secondary School Certificate examination with at least "C" in "Dhivehi"
or
Level 04 Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical.
Main work of the field:
Operation, repair and maintenance of diesel engines, water plants and other related equipment.
Repair, make necessary changes and maintain cleanliness of all buildings and premises of the power plant.
Duty in the engine room as per the scheduled rules to supply electricity to the village carefully under the advice of the shift supervisor.
Use the various tools used in the works safely to avoid damage to people, property and the place and keep them clean and in a designated place after the work is completed.
Use and properly maintain uniforms, boiler suits, masks, goggles, earmuffs, safety boots and gloves when and where required.
In case of power outages, under the guidance of engineers, provide electricity.
Learn power plant maintenance and operation work from training programs conducted by the power plant or the company and on-the-job assignments.
Emptying diesel brought from the supplier to the diesel storage tanks and completing records.
