Duties & Responsibilities
• Submission/collection and delivery of documents/ materials & payments to respective organization and individuals.
• Providing administrative support and provide assistance in dispatching.
• Handling other clerical support tasks.
• Filing administrative documents accordingly.
• Opening office on week days & on holidays if required
• Withdrawal & Deposit of cash/cheques
• Payment collection on request
• Collecting Signatures from Board members for Relevant documents.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the office staff.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
• Assisting in administrative works as instructed by the manager.
• Any other ad hoc administrative works as required and instructed by the manager.
Salary Range: MVR 10000 - 11999
