We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Accounts and Finance department of the organization by managing daily accounting tasks
Responsibilities:
• Matching of invoices to purchase orders and Goods Receipt Note
• Entering invoices into the system for payment
• Maintenance of Vendor records
• Reconciliation of credit statements
• Ad Hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
• GCE A‘ Level in Accounting or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in a similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to deliver deadlines and cope with challenges
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
