In line with the ongoing expansion of Samann Entities, Samann Trading Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. .
Responsibilities
- The Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring operational excellence, leading and motivating the team, managing inventory and budgets, and implementing sales strategies to meet targets. Additionally, the manager will prioritize exceptional customer service, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Experience
- A minimum of 03-05 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or any related field. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
