Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual for the position of Employee Experience Lead in our Human Resources Department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to develop and implement Bank's Employee Experience strategies to enhance employee experience across the Bank.
- Provide support in a range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, etc.) to ensure fair approach to people management throughout the Bank.
- Provide support to the disciplinary and grievance management when required.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information on workplace requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to staff.
- Manage the acquisition and distribution of uniforms to employees as needed, overseeing logistics and ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Take a proactive role in promoting and facilitating HR initiatives across the Bank, driving engagement and participation.
- Lead the overall onboarding process for new recruits, including the Buddy program and ensuring proper work arrangements are in place.
- Promote and support the employee recognition programs managed by HR and undertake work related to staff activities and events in coordination with United BML.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of legal and regulatory reports related to workplace.
- Manage and coordinate non-BML activities and staff requests, referrals, Hajj trips, and other related tasks.
- Assist in managing workplace health and safety requirements, including activities related to the corporate wellness program and proactively identifying and implementing activities to enhance employee wellbeing.
- Efficiently carry out general administrative duties of the Unit including general secretarial functions such as drafting documents and attending to staff inquiries.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and relevant Laws and Regulations is an advantage.
Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Professional experience in HR or employee relations preferred
