SAMANN Croup of Companies comprises Samann Investments Pvt Ltd, Samann Hotels Pvt Ltd, Samann Trading Pvt Ltd, and Samann Travels Pvt Ltd which are engaged in areas Of Real Estate, Tourism and Ceneral Trading.

In line with the ongoing expansion Of Samann Entities, Samann Investments Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Corporate Office as a Coordinator, Admin who will be entrusted to perform a variety of Admin related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • As an Admin Coordinator the individual will be entrusted with various aspects of administrative duties, client interactions, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, and resource management. This entails interacting with local authorities, and handling  financial aspects such as utility payments and procurement.

Requirements

  • Should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Should be confident and able to multi task with composure and disperse responsibilities on timely manner _ Should also be able to undertake tasks independently whilst self-organization and having a target oriented mindset with good observational and record keeping skills together with exposure to usage of computer based spread sheets. Local Male applicants prefered_

Experience

  • A minimum I-year experience in a similar capacity.

Qualification

  • Holding a Diploma or equivalent in one or more Of the functional areas of Business Administration or Business Management.
